A wellness ritual combines several care steps into a complete experience for body and mind. Depending on the ritual selected, enjoy a full-body scrub, body wrap and relaxing massage with selected oils that care for the skin while helping the body unwind and settle.

Each wellness ritual has its own character, ingredients and rhythm. Each offers a different spectrum of effects, from rich nourishing care, cleansing and refreshment to deep hydration and revitalisation of the skin.

 

Opening hours

Astoria wellness Bled is open every day between 14:00 and 21:00.

Prior reservation

A prior reservation is required to visit the Sauna Park and to use the purchased wellness services.

Sauna rules and bathrobe

  • Swimwear is prohibited in the saunas.
  • Swimwear is mandatory outside the saunas.
  • Bathrobes (free for hotel guests, 5 € for external visitors).

For hotel and external guests

External visitors can use the services of the Astoria wellness center according to the regular price list.
Certain additional benefits are available to hotel guests.

The ritual begins with a full body sugar scrub and the application of a honey wrap, which softens, nourishes and smooths the skin. After a shower, a full body massage with warm cocoa butter follows. The ritual begins with a full body salt scrub and the application of a clay and aloe vera wrap, which detoxifies the skin.     In selected rituals, a salt or sugar scrub gently removes dead skin cells, smooths the skin’s surface and prepares it for a body wrap, massage or care with selected oil.
  • Body wrap for more intensive care
    Longer rituals may include a wrap with honey, clay, aloe vera, passion fruit or peppermint. The selected ingredients care for, nourish and hydrate the skin, restoring a pleasant feeling of softness.
  • Massage to relax a tense body
    A massage with plant oils, warm cocoa butter or herbal blends complements the skin care, while pleasant massage techniques contribute to complete physical relaxation.
  • Natural ingredients for a pleasant sensory experience
    Mandarin, jasmine, mango, honey, cocoa and Alpine spruce give the individual rituals their own character and effects, which may soothe, refresh and revitalise, support balance and contribute to a better mood and sense of well-being.

Yes. Advance booking is required for all wellness services. We recommend booking your preferred appointment early enough.
Yes. You can also give the selected ritual as a gift. When purchasing, write in the notes that you would like a gift card and add the recipient’s name. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
